Load Sharing
The standard application Load Sharing implements the mechanical coupling and load distribution of systems involving two or more motors. If several motors work together, load balancing is usually required in order to distribute the complete mechanical load in a controlled manner between the respective motors. If the motors are operated without load balancing, this can lead to the motors working against each other or even start oscillating.
Oscillation Suppression
With these applications load oscillation can be reduced significantly. They are suitable for applications, where low frequency load vibrations occur. The axis is positioned in a way, so that the load oscillation is excited as little as possible. This way the oscillation on the load side can be reduced significantly, without having a load encoder.
